Most of what we have built came from someone walking in with a problem rather than a job spec. So there is more than one way to join us: take a role and build alongside us, bring your company in as a partner, or arrive with nothing but an idea and let us work out together whether it holds up. All three start the same way — a conversation.

Come and build. Our labs are small enough that what you work on is visibly yours, and senior enough that you will have someone to learn from while you do it.
If your company has the client relationships, the domain depth or the delivery capacity and needs the AI and data engineering to go with it, we partner rather than compete.
You do not need a technical co-founder to start. Bring the idea or the problem — we will analyse whether it holds up, tell you honestly what we think, and help build the product if it does.
We hire slowly and for the long term. If none of these is quite you but you think you belong here, write anyway — we have created roles around good people before.
AI / ML Engineer
Take models from paper to production — training, evaluation, serving and the monitoring that keeps them honest.

Data Engineer
Build the pipelines and warehouses our products and client platforms run on. Reliability over novelty.
Abu Dhabi · Hybrid
Full-stack Product Engineer
Turn our research into interfaces people actually enjoy using. TypeScript, React, Next.js and a strong opinion about detail.
Remote
Applied Researcher
Read the frontier, run the experiments, and be the person who says when a technique does not beat the baseline.

Business & Partnerships
Find the organisations we should be working with, and translate between what they need and what we can build.
Flexible
Send a CV, a repo, or just a paragraph about what you have built to [email protected]. A cover letter is optional; showing us something you made is not.
What happens next
No black holes, no ghosting
01
You reach out
A role, a partnership or an idea — one message is enough. No forms, no portals.
02
We read it properly
A person from the relevant lab reviews it and replies within a few days, either way.
03
A real conversation
For roles, a working session on a real problem. For ideas, an honest feasibility view.
04
We start small
A first project, a pilot, or a prototype — something concrete before anyone commits big.
A role, a partnership, or an idea.
Whichever it is, one message gets it started. Tell us what you want to build and which of the three you are — we will take it from there.
